10th Graduation Ceremony Announcement
–Friday, 7th December 2018

The Chancellor, Kiriri Women’s University of Science and Technology, on behalf of Board of Trustees, University Council, the Management Board and the Senate wishes to inform all our esteemed graduands who have qualified for conferment of degrees and various University Academic Awards, that the 10th Graduation Ceremony will be held on Friday 7th December, 2018at 10.00 a.m. at the Main Campus, Off Thika Road, Mwihoko.

All prospective graduands should note the following;

1. Clearance to Graduate

All prospective graduands are required to clear with all respective departments at the Main Campus by Tuesday 27th November 2018.  Prospective graduands are required to verify with their respective departments that details pertaining to their names and courses are accurate.

The Senate approved graduation list will be posted on the University website: www.kwust.ac.ke

2. Fees Clearance

All prospective graduands must clear all the outstanding fees and graduation fees by Tuesday 27^th November, 2018.

3. Graduation fees

Degree 5,500/=

Diploma and Certificate 4,500/=

Graduation fees are mandatory and non refundable.

Payments to be made at Family Bank Ltd Account Number 048000018512; Kenya Commercial Bank Account Number 1106788907 or Mpesa Pay Bill Number 130053.

4. Academic Attire

Academic attire will be issued from Tuesday 4^th December, 2018 to Wednesday 5^th December, 2018 at the Main campus. The attire must be returned on or before Friday 14^th December, 2018. A fine of Kshs.300 per day will be charged for delays in returning the same after the due date.

5. Rehearsal

It is mandatory that all graduands attend a rehearsal at the Graduation square on Thursday 6^th December,2018 at 9.00 a.m.

6. Graduation Ceremony

All graduands are expected to be seated at the graduation square by 8.00am on Friday 7^th December,2018.
